Where Prairie Vision can help
Work can begin with supplier research and continue through samples, written requirements, production follow-up, inspection scheduling, and logistics handoff.
Product Sourcing
Find manufacturers, send the same core questions, compare quotations, and decide which options are worth sampling.

You buy from the factory. Prairie Vision manages the work around the purchase.
Explore procurementB2B Supply
Some buyers do not want to contract with a factory directly. Prairie Vision can quote the finished goods directly.
Explore B2B SupplyWho do you want to buy from?
The purchase can be structured two ways. The difference is who sells you the goods and how Prairie Vision is paid.
Managed Procurement
You buy from the factory. Prairie Vision manages the work around the purchase.
- Supplier communication and samples
- Specifications and production follow-up
- Independent inspection scheduling
- Shipping requirements and logistics coordination
Under Managed Procurement, the client purchases from the manufacturer. Prairie Vision charges disclosed service fees and does not accept supplier-paid commissions for recommending one factory over another.
Explore Managed ProcurementB2B Supply
Some buyers do not want to contract with a factory directly.
Prairie Vision can quote the finished goods directly. If the order is accepted, the customer buys from Prairie Vision and Prairie Vision manages the upstream supplier and production process.
B2B Supply is quoted case by case. Under B2B Supply, Prairie Vision is the seller. Prairie Vision’s trading margin is included in the quoted price of the goods.
Request a Supply QuoteThe recommended purchase structure depends on the product, quantity, buyer preference and project requirements — not which structure produces the higher Prairie Vision compensation.

See What We SourceWhat changes one supplier quote from another?
One supplier may exclude packaging. Another may require a much larger MOQ. Sample charges, tooling, production time, freight terms, and available documentation can change which supplier makes the most sense.
Comparable RFQs
Suppliers are asked the same core questions.
Clear fees
Prairie Vision does not accept hidden supplier commissions under its managed-procurement model.
Documented decisions
Specifications, revisions, quotations, and project decisions are tracked rather than left in chat threads.
Independent specialist support
Inspection, testing, engineering, freight, and customs services can be coordinated through appropriate external providers when needed.
Seller-side thinking
Prairie Vision began by sourcing and selling its own ecommerce products.
A useful fit check
Prairie Vision is probably not the right fit if...
That does not mean the project is bad. It usually means a different provider or buying route will serve you better.
- You only want the absolute cheapest quote.
- Your order is too small for overseas sourcing to make economic sense.
- You are unwilling to pay for samples or independent inspection when the project requires it.
- You expect Prairie Vision to guarantee a factory’s future performance.
- You need engineering, laboratory testing, customs brokerage, or freight transportation performed directly by Prairie Vision.
- You need a supplier immediately and are unwilling to run a proper sourcing process.
When your quantity is too small for sourcing to be economical, we will tell you. Buying from an existing wholesaler may be the better decision—and that is still a useful outcome.
What happens after production?
Once an order is ready to ship, Prairie Vision can coordinate the handoff into international logistics, including supplier pickup, consolidation and shipping requirements where the logistics provider supports them.
Prairie Vision works with independent logistics providers. Prairie Vision is not a freight forwarder, freight carrier, customs broker, or guaranteed delivery provider.
Built from the buyer’s side.
Prairie Vision started by researching, sourcing, sampling, listing, and selling its own ecommerce products. That experience affects what we look for. The lowest factory quote is not always the lowest-cost option once MOQs, freight, marketplace fees, defects, returns, and cash tied up in inventory are considered.
