Product Sourcing, Managed Procurement & B2B Supply

Prairie Vision helps ecommerce sellers and growing brands find suppliers, coordinate samples and production, and manage the handoff into international logistics.

Product sourcing

Supplier Discovery

$595 per product

Most projects start with Supplier Discovery. We define the requirement, contact suppliers, collect comparable quotes, and work out which options are actually worth taking into samples or production.

What you receive

The written Supplier Discovery Report records the supplier information, quotations, comparisons, open questions, and recommended next step.

The sourcing analysis does not depend on whether the customer later chooses Managed Procurement, requests a B2B Supply quote, or works directly with a supplier. After the sourcing work, the customer decides how to proceed.

Scope and payment

Scope and expected turnaround are confirmed before payment. Supplier Discovery is paid in full before research begins.

Managed Procurement

You buy from the factory. We manage the work around it.

That can include supplier communication, samples, specifications, production follow-up, inspection scheduling, shipping requirements and logistics coordination.

Sample & Product Development Coordination

From $495 + outside expenses

After Supplier Discovery, Prairie Vision can coordinate samples, prototypes, written product changes, supplier engineering discussions, revisions, and further development before an order is placed.

  • Confirm written product requirements
  • Coordinate sample or prototype orders
  • Track progress and additional sample rounds
  • Organize supplier questions and responses
  • Relay feedback and document revisions
  • Request revised quotations after changes
  • Track packaging, branding, material, feature, and specification changes
  • Coordinate supplier technical teams or independent specialists when required

Projects start at $495. Final pricing depends on supplier count, sample or prototype rounds, technical complexity, revisions, and expected duration. Scope and price are confirmed in writing before work begins.

Prairie Vision coordinates product-development work but does not provide product engineering, industrial design, CAD development, mold engineering, laboratory testing, certification testing, or other specialist technical services in-house. Outside expenses are paid separately by the client.

Production Coordination

  • Orders under $15,00010% of order value, $1,500 minimum
  • Orders from $15,000–$40,0008%

Prairie Vision coordinates the client side of an approved production order after the product, supplier, and sample or development process have been established.

  • Purchase-order review
  • Written specification follow-up
  • Supplier communication
  • Production milestone tracking
  • Issue follow-up

The client approves the product, pays the factory and outside providers, and remains the importer of record. Prairie Vision may coordinate a qualified independent inspection provider when agreed, but does not operate the factory, act as the inspection provider, transport freight, or provide customs brokerage.

Ongoing Procurement Support

$1,750/month

Three-month minimum

Recurring supplier communication, quotation requests, cost reviews, project follow-up, and sourcing coordination for established Prairie Vision clients.

Additional products, independent providers, and services outside the agreed scope are separate.

B2B Supply

Custom quotation

Some buyers do not want to contract with a factory directly.

Prairie Vision can quote the finished goods directly. If the order is accepted, the customer buys from Prairie Vision and Prairie Vision manages the upstream supplier and production process.

B2B Supply is quoted case by case.

Under B2B Supply, Prairie Vision is the seller. Prairie Vision’s trading margin is included in the quoted price of the goods.

Product specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, and commercial requirements are confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.

Logistics Handoff

From supplier to destination.

Once an order is ready to ship, Prairie Vision can coordinate the handoff into international logistics, including supplier pickup, consolidation and shipping requirements where the logistics provider supports them.

Prairie Vision is not a freight forwarder, freight carrier, customs broker, or guaranteed delivery provider. Under managed procurement, the client remains the importer of record and pays outside providers directly.

Service limits

What the work does — and what it may not replace.

Supplier Discovery evaluates and compares supplier candidates using project requirements, comparable quotations, available documentation, supplier responses, commercial terms, and project-specific findings. Depending on the product and project risk, additional samples, independent inspection, testing, certification review, or other specialist due diligence may still be appropriate.

Samples, written specifications, testing, independent inspection, freight, customs brokerage, duties, and other outside services may still be required.

Prairie Vision is not a freight forwarder, freight carrier, customs broker, law firm, testing laboratory, or certified factory-audit company. Those services are performed by independent qualified providers.

Managed Procurement

How Prairie Vision is paid

Under Managed Procurement, the client purchases from the manufacturer. Prairie Vision charges disclosed service fees and does not accept supplier-paid commissions for recommending one factory over another.

Whenever practical, clients pay factories, sample vendors, inspectors, testing laboratories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, duties, and other outside providers directly.

Under B2B Supply, Prairie Vision is the seller. Prairie Vision’s trading margin is included in the quoted price of the goods.
