Estimates
Supplier pricing, freight, duties, lead times, and landed-cost figures are estimates until confirmed in writing by the responsible supplier and service providers. Conditions may change.
Service limitations
Supplier Discovery does not guarantee supplier performance, product quality, regulatory compliance, intellectual-property clearance, production dates, delivery dates, customs clearance, final freight costs, final duties, marketplace approval, or commercial success.
Samples, testing, written specifications, independent inspection, freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and other outside services may still be required. Clients pay outside providers directly whenever practical.
Third-party professionals
Independent inspectors, testing laboratories, freight forwarders, customs brokers, warehouses, and other specialists are separate providers responsible for their own services.
Intellectual property
The Prairie Vision name, logo, website design, and original content may not be copied or represented as another company's work without permission.
