Frequently asked

Before you submit.

What happens during the free fit call?

The free 20-minute fit call covers the product, quantity, market, budget, sample expectations, and likely next step. It does not include free supplier research, quotations, supplier identities, or a cost report.

What if my order quantity is too small?

We will say so. An existing wholesaler may be more economical, and identifying that early can prevent wasted time and expense.

Do you guarantee final duties or customs classification?

No. Prairie Vision can develop preliminary landed-cost assumptions and coordinate with qualified independent customs professionals, but final classifications and entry decisions belong to the responsible authorities and providers.

Does Prairie Vision inspect factories?

No. When appropriate, Prairie Vision may coordinate with or refer clients to independent qualified inspection providers.

Does requesting a B2B Supply quote create an order?

No. Product specifications, quantity, pricing, payment terms, delivery terms, and commercial requirements must be confirmed in writing before an order is accepted.
